60-day at-home trial
Try Arca at home for 60 days from the day your order is delivered. If it's not right for you, email hello@getarca.co.uk within that time with your order number and ask for a return.
Return the device in its original packaging with the items and accessories that came with it.
Opened or used pads
You're welcome to use the pads during your trial. We don't deduct anything from your refund for opened or used pads, and there is no restocking fee.
How to return
Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll send you return instructions for our High Wycombe returns address. Returns are free during your 60-day trial. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we'll check it and confirm your refund by email. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods, or receiving proof that you've sent them back.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a short description. We'll cover reasonable return postage for faulty goods and arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.
Your statutory rights
Our 60-day trial is in addition to your statutory rights. For online purchases you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and a further 14 days to send the goods back after telling us. Nothing in this policy limits your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
