By placing an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

The product

Arca is a wireless muscle stimulator. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not use it with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, during pregnancy without advice from a healthcare professional, on broken skin, or on the front or sides of the neck. Read the included instructions before first use, and speak to your GP if you are unsure whether it is suitable for you.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your purchase is limited to the price paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
